2nd - Ajisen Ramen ( KL - One Utama )



This is the second F&B restaurant we had to BAN it, thanks to it, that now we continued our mission, as a normal human being with the justice in our heart.


Where - The restaurant name is Ajisen Ramen located inside One Utame (PJ).
When - Saturday night at Nov 09
What - We ordered 2 set meal - Chasiu Ramen and Spicy Chicken Chasiu Ramen that cost about around RM30.
Who - Waiters (not responsible)
How - Service slow, Food portion is small too, Noodle not tasty, Supervisor impolite to us. There are flies flying around the tables.

Why BAN - Not to comment on the Ramen itself, but unfortunately while we were half way dining, we found a shining metal in the soup of the Ramen they served, we took it out. It is a steel wire alike thingy that we normally use it to scrub the wok surface for cleaning purpose. So we asked the waiter come to understand the situation, and expecting some action to be taken (to clarify and apologize to us) of course. But the sad thing is that When the waiter came over, he just took the metal wire and report to his colleague/supervisor. These guys just look into his hand with a sneak, and pretending not seeing anything and continue his 'fake' hard work (busy). So there is no action taken here! Can you understand how bad their service are? What if we accidentally eat that metal thingy? This is definitely the worst attitude we had met so far, services are way too bad!

1. We want to have a nice and simple meal that is free from any HAZARD, hope the kitchen team at every restaurant can pay attention on sanitation too.
2. The restaurant waiter aren't responsible on his job. They ignored our complain, and didn't even say a word. As a customer, we just hope to get a reasonable explanation and apology. Bad attitude, bad service, bad sanitation! simply make it the worst restaurant that's not even worth a visit!

1st - Room 18 ( KL - Times Square )



Well as the title tells, this is the first F&B restaurant we had to BAN it, thanks to it, that now we had started our mission, as a normal human being with the justice in our heart.


Where - The restaurant name is Room Eighteen located inside Berjaya Times Square(KL).
When - Around lunch time at Oct 2009
What - We ordered 2 set lunch – Main course + Drink + Dessert which cost us around RM15.00 per set. One is porridge set another is 'wan tan noodle' set. We also order a mango pudding, a duck meat noodle and a bottle of mineral water.
Who - Supervisor ( bad habit )
How - Service slow, Food portion is small too, Noodle not tasty, Supervisor impolite to us. There are flies flying around the tables.

Why BAN - We just wants to have an ordinary ( nice and simple ) food as lunch, but end up the food were serves after 15 minutes for some dishes. We need to ask the supervisor over a few times only then food were served completely. This took us about 1 hour. The most late dish was the porridge. We all know that we don't need that long to cook a failed porridge right?

1. The duck meat is to hard and sticky. We do have teeth but it just too hard for us to chew, we only can swallow it in big gulp!
2. Mango pudding is really damn small portion, just two scoop finished it, and it cost us around RM 6.00
3. The fish porridge have little fish meat only, and it contains some fish bones. We don't deserved the bones!

Hud:
It’s just as our mission and vision stated, Ban 4 Life is the public awareness that keep public away from those nasty service provider who uses any tricks to attract un-familiar public. We want justice. Ban for Life are born for that!

Fred:
Share the feeling of the restaurants service, food quality, and the worth to pay. Ban all those unqualified service provider!

Who will benefit from Ban4life?
Kenny:
Those who always get info via Online (Power of Internet). Online user also will spare those news he/she get from Ban4life and pass to his/her friend to create awareness. Service provider also getting benefit, because real report or feedback from customer and our crew analyze their product for them.

Hud:
Visitor/ viewer/ Consumer. Because they need not to gone through those bad parts of life to gain the most valuable experiences. We (Ban4life) are their eyes, their tongue, their nose, their finger, even their feelings!
